AI for your inbox and email

Draft replies, sort messages and find what you need faster.

  1. Start with the repeat questions

List the ten emails you answer most. These are where AI drafting saves the most time.

  2. Save good answers as templates

Write one strong reply for each, in your voice. Ask the assistant to adapt the template to each new message.

  3. Ask for drafts, not sends

Have AI write the draft and leave it in your drafts folder. You read it and hit send.

  4. Summarize long threads

Ask for a summary with who wants what and by when before you reply to a long chain.

  5. Use rules for sorting

Outlook and Gmail both have built-in rules and filters. Set them up first, then add AI where judgment is needed.
